Paul joined Schott & Associates in April 2024. He received his Master’s degree from Tennessee Technological University in Biology with a focus on non-game fish conservation.

Paul has over 15 years of project experience conducting wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, wildlife habitat assessments and biological assessments (BA) in Southern Oregon. He has worked extensively in agate dessert vernal pools ecosystems.

Paul enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and hiking.
